3 days, 40,000 mountain bike fans, 120 exhibitors – the success story of this event continues, even after 21 years. From May 19 to 21, one of the most important events in the industry lived up to its reputation. A huge expo site and numerous race formats attracted almost 2,500 active participants. The trend towards e-bikes was apparent – around a third of all 1,000 test bikes were equipped with eletric support, many of them with Brose drives.
An absolute highlight – AMG-Rotwild team rider Sofia Wiedenroth led a guided Brose Tour three times a day. E-bikers got professional tips on handling in demanding trails and the Brose Drive S Alu performed at its best. Participants were especially enthusiastic about the highly-sensitive sensor system, which provides exactly the right amount of drive power when needed. This is crucial when riding in challenging terrain. The e-mountain bikers also confirmed that the drive delivered an impressive amount of power during high cadences. Brose´s dual freewheel technology was also very welcomed by test riders, since it allows the rider to spin the cranks with no resistance when the motor is switched off.
It does not come at a surprise that all Brose tours were booked up in no time!
