Quality policy

The Brose Quality Principles form the basis of the Brose Drive Engineering (AEB) quality policy and provide the framework for our AEB quality management system and the definition of quality objectives.

We as employees contribute to the effectiveness of the quality management system and, within the scope of our respective tasks, share responsibility for achieving the company's goals and protecting Brose from loss of confidence, damage to its image and financial burdens due to inadequate quality.

The principles of our AMM quality policy are as follows.

Focus on our customersOur primary goal is to meet and exceed our customers' expectations. The decisive factor is perceived quality.
Our customers decide how satisfied they are! We do our best to ensure that our customers are satisfied and keep damage away from them.
TransparencyOur actions and processes are transparent and in compliance with applicable law and existing standards.
Transparency, outstanding products and positive experiences create trust and are the basis for sustainable success.
Continuous improvementWe achieve continuous improvement through a systematic approach and an open error culture.
The quality management system provides the methods and tools for continuous improvement of the company's performance.
Safety through measurabilityThe basis for effective quality control loops are suitable evaluation criteria, key performance indicators (KPIs) and focused quality reporting.
We make sustainable decisions exclusively on the basis of figures, data and facts.
Quality from the outsetQuality is the essential component of our product and process development from the outset. We apply appropriate methods and tools of preventive quality management with conviction and consistency, thus supporting the Brose safeguarding concept (Safe Launch) and the 0km defects policy.
Outstanding supplier qualityOur suppliers have a significant influence on the quality of our products. Therefore, we demand the same quality mindset and quality standards.
