Brose introduces a service tool for dealers

Customer service made easy: The Brose Service Tool will support bicycle dealers in the maintenance of Brose drives. With a new web-based interface, faster and more precise diagnosis will be possible. Interested visitors can experience the capabilities of our service application for the first time at Eurobike. The new tool will be available from mid-2019.

Service is important to us – and that is why we are expanding our international network. We have already assigned new service partners in Switzerland, Italy, Eastern Europe and the USA, and we keep expanding this strategy in additional countries. At the same time, we are pushing ahead with our qualification initiative: last year, we trained and certified more than 1,000 dealers. We will also be offering more trainings this autumn. The new dates will be announced shortly.
